We have a reason why we choose everything we do!
At Woodlands Church we are excited to be "building communities of Christ-centered people" and in Woodlands Village we are excited to help do that. We have 5 distinctives that we strive to make a part of what we do because we feel that they are helpful tools to move forward in this process.
Those 5 distinctives hopefully are very easy for you to see as you look at what we do in Woodlands Village. These distinctives form an acrostic and help us to SLIDE into effective ministry.

- Sincere Worship: We believe that it is vital for kids to
discover how to worship God. It is important for families to worship
together (so that kids can see how their parents worship). It is also
why we include a worship service for kids in our Sunday School schedule.
- Learning with Impact: It is important for kids to learn about the Bible and not just the stories, but also the lessons we can learn from them.
- Intentional Outreach: Knowing Jesus is awesome and we want to provide settings where kids can let their friends know about Him, too.
- Dynamic Community: We believe that one of the best places to grow spiritually is surrounded by a group to help you do it, so we build small group settings throughout our ministries.
- Environment of Safety: We work to provide a safe environment for your family through our check in process and with caring volunteers!
